Starting to look like storage!
There's a hole in our bus! First cut for belly boxes right in front of fresh tank.
storage cubby where the heater used to be. Left lots of room behind and on the side to run ducting.
Fresh tank just barely peeks out from below. It will be all level with the belly boxes once skinned and insulated.
Drain completely recessed so no lip
Dropped shower pan is in! All aluminum so no rust issue. Going to paint it anyway.
Here's the fresh tank bracket before install
The bolts come out so the tank can come out for servicing if needed. This is just a test fit. We will add rubber so it doesn't wear on the tank and...
We used a portable water tank from gototanks.com that is not a shout out to them. They sucked to work with and took forever it seemed. We did get 70...
Propane tank and fresh tank waiting to go in. We picked up a lot of parts off of an RV that decided to catch fire in our huge garage/shop. Couldn't...
Original door welded into a one piece door and it's hooked up to the original ram. It opens to 88 or so degrees now but we're going to add a...
Side shot of the mounting brackets. The belly boxes are going to slide into these pieces for added support.
Grey tank is installed under the frame! We originally had it drawn in for the side taking up valuable space. Once we received the tank we were able...
Grey water tank brackets

Cut the floor out by the emergency door for dropped shower pan. We aren't raising the roof like we originally talked so this is a good compromise.
Removed the front heater. It was noisy and worthless. We are installing dual mini splits that I will vent to the window. Plus an electric just in...
Sealed all of the floor holes with roof sealant and Duct tape over that. Not the grey stuff
Removed all of the windows and scraped all of the old sealant and cleaned them up really good. Also treated a few rusty spots on the floor.
Operation itchy is pretty much complete. A few stragglers here and there but that's it. Next we grind and patch :)

Half of the insulation is out. Finish the rest tomorrow. Then it's a pressure wash and rust treatment. Thank goodness it's an AZ 🚌
One more panel! Then it's time to pull the warm itchy stuff 😜💩
Too many stripped or stuck screws. We have all the tools and some are just too stuck. Angle grinder it is. Cutting out all of the ceiling and wall...
I wanted all of these panels out by end of yesterday grr....
